an agreement is becoming effective, between the Client (the
person or representative of the company, who fills in and
sends the form) and Visual Orange Co., Ltd.
- Client is ordering from Visual Orange Co., Ltd. Search
Engine Submission Services as requested with the submitted
form, which is a one time service only.
- Payment is handled in the following way:
Client is directed to the PayPal web site to pay the fee for
search engine submission as ordered on the the search engine
submission form.
Client does not
need to pay any additional costs.
- When Client is residing in Thailand, Client will have to
pay on top of the price, as stated on the search engines
optimization (SEO) web page, the additional 7% VAT. He will
receive an original invoice as required by Thai law additionally
by postal mail. Thai Client also can choose to pay per cheque
or transfer directly the money into the Visual Orange Co.,
Ltd. bank account. Client should then use the enquiry form
for ordering the search-engine submission service.

- When Client is residing outside of Thailand no additional
tax is invoiced and price is as stated on the http://www.seo-watch.com
web site.
- If client is not residing in Thailand and is in need of
an original invoice, he has to request the invoice at Seo-watch
postal address or by e-mail. Please send your E-mail to:
 sales@seo-watch.com.
If not requested Visual Orange Co., Ltd. will assume that
the PDF format invoice, which Client receives from Visual
Orange Co., Ltd., after the web site is submitted is sufficient
and is covering client's need.
- As soon as Visual Orange has received the payment, the
web site of the Client will be registered at the search engines
as described and, depending which choice Client has ordered.

- Client accepts that Visual Orange will keep his information
in the Visual Orange database and Client is assured that
this data will not be forwarded or shared with any third
parties, but only used for search engine submission purposes
only.
- As a basic rule Visual Orange Co., Ltd. has the right to
reject web sites for registration purposes and will specify
the reason. The received sum of money will be returned to Client but subtraction of PayPal
costs, charged to Visual Orange Co., Ltd, will take place.
- Client is aware and accepts that the submission service
is for registration at search engines only and does not include
any other additional internet service, such as improving
meta data tags and filling in the titles.
- Visual Orange Co., Ltd. gives no guarantee that Client's
web site will be accepted by all the search engines and web
directories where it will be registered by Visual Orange Co.,
Ltd. There is detailed
information on the Seo-watch web site why search engines
do not accept certain web sites and why, when they get accepted,
do not rank. We will however resubmit the site within 1 hour
a second time when first registration attempt failed.
- Client is informed that it can take up from 2 weeks to
2 months to be listed through all the search engines
and/or web directories because some of them keep newly registered
sites in the sandbox.
- Visual Orange is not responsible for titles, keywords and
descriptions of Client's web site.
Client is responsible for titles, keywords and descriptions,
all links and the entire content of client's site solely.
- For damages of any kind Visual Orange assumes no liability.
